Winter Team Tennis 2014-2015 - Registration

Winter Team Tennis (WTT) is back!  We are expanding to 72 players!

Mayfair Clubs - West Location 
3855 Chesswood Drive
(Off Sheppard Ave. W. between Keele St. and Allen Rd.)

Surface: 6 Indoor Hard Courts

From Downsview Station take either the 84 (going westbound), 101, 106, 107 or 108 buses
or
From Sheppard-Yonge Station take the 84 bus
Get off at Sheppard & Chesswood Drive
Walk north on Chesswood Drive

Format
Doubles 

Regular match format for the first two sets.

The third set is played as a 10-point super tiebreaker.    

All matches are 2 hours max.   

Teams
6 teams of 12 players = 72 players  

Each Team will have two A, B and C level pairs 

*TLGTA has final say on your level    

Dates & Times

SATURDAYS from November 8, 2014 - March 28, 2015
Every Saturday: 

2 teams will play at 5:30pm

2 teams will play at 7:30pm 

2 teams will be off 

*Times may change slightly because of functions at Mayfair West 

Cost
$180 for 10 regular season sessions + 2 weeks of playoffs 

*only top 4 teams make the playoffs 

***PAYMENT DUE BY OCTOBER 26TH OR WE WILL GO TO THE WAITING LIST***

*Please note:  If you have sent TLGTA an e transfer before, sometimes your bank defaults to the previous question & answer you used and doesn't give you an option to create a new one. Please sort this out before sending.

1. Which level would you like to play in? (A,B,C)

2. What is your 2nd choice? (A,B,C or No)

3. Who is your partner? If you do not have one, write "Need Partner" and we will do our best to pair you with someone. *Each partner must register/sign up.

4. Would you like to be a captain? Captains remind their teams when they play, take scores and bring the balls. It is very easy, fun and a big help to everyone.

5. Is there a player (not your doubles partner) you need to be on the same team with, because they are your ride.

If you are on the waiting list, do not make a payment till you are asked to.
