Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at TORONTO LESBIAN & GAY TENNIS ASSOCIATION (TLGTA).

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to TORONTO LESBIAN & GAY TENNIS ASSOCIATION (TLGTA), 2967 Dundas Street West, Mailbox #226 Toronto, Ontario M6P 1Z2.

  • Goods refer to the events and items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to TORONTO LESBIAN & GAY TENNIS ASSOCIATION (TLGTA), accessible from http://tlgta.ca

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your event registration by midnight on the day you registered, without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling a tournament registration will be posted on the event, and is 7 days before the date on which the tournament begins.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

A refund is issued if you cancel your registration before midnight on the day you registered.

Conditions for Refund

You are eligible for a refund:

  • If you cancel your registration for an event before midnight of the day you paid, we can void your registration and you will get the full amount back.
  • If your registration is cancelled after midnight and before the withdrawal date deadline, you have a choice of getting:
    • a credit to your account for the full amount (preferred).
    • a refund of most of your money back, minus 2.9% and another 60 cents for Wild Apricot’s online processing fees.
  • If you cancel your registration after the withdrawal deadline and we cannot find a replacement, we keep the full amount, because we are still obligated to pay the court fees.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
